Factory built and fitted, classic Swanson cruising yacht launched in 1984. Very strong and seaworthy with typical heavy fibreglass layup. An ideal vessel for offshore and blue water sailing.
Current adventurers: sailed up the East Coast of Australia and across the top to Darwin in 2016. She has been cruising throughout South East Asia for the past 3 years, and has just finished cruising the Islands of West Sumatra Indonesia. Previously she has sailed in the South Pacific.
This well maintained vessel is now ready for viewing at Rebak Island Marina in Langkawi. It's time for her next adventure with the new owners

Lister STW3 - 30hp economical marine diesel with 16 inch prop. Complete rebuild in 2014 - very reliable, low revving, high torque, well maintained with regular servicing. 80Amp Lucas alternator changed in 2016. Fresh water cooled through external heat exchanger. 1.5" prop shaft. New cutlass bearing and engine mounts.

Deck: fibreglass with balsa core
Teak fitout: very large front V berth with new high density foam, double stern berth, two quarter berths - all with lee cloths. Saloon table also converts to double. Sleeps 8 total. Huge internal storage capacity.
2.4 m Hypalon/aluminium rib 2016, stored on deck. Mercury 3.3hp outboard 2015. Dinghy chaps.
New boom bag, Raised Swanson dodger, strong and rigid s/s bimini with rear cover.
Enclosed head/shower/wash room. Plumbed for hot water but not fitted. Outside deck shower/deck wash.
Lavac toilet with new Jabsco hand operated vacuum pump (plumbed to 130 litre holding tank with Jabsco macerator.
Gas certified installation. Modern SMEV 3 burner gas stove with oven and grill, gas sensor in galley. Two 3 kg gas bottles in cockpit locker with gas sensor. Double sink.
157 litre top load fridge (12v Danfoss compressor)/240v.
Muir 3000 electric windlass. New Rocna 25kg, 20kg Bruce anchor, new 2019 100m 3/8" chain. 20kg plough anchor with 40m 3/8" chain and 60m poly rope. 10kg kedging anchor.
Solar panels which 2 are new (total approx 400 watts). Air Breeze wind generator 2015, New three 100 amp hour house batteries in September 2019. CCA 730 start battery. Internal 12v LED lighting. 240v shore power. Projecta battery charger.
TMQ AP4 Autopilot. CD Stereo and digital TV/DVD player.
Standing 316 stainless wire rigging and Dyneema back stays replaced Feb 2018. Aluminium mast, all alloy spars.
Dacron full batten main with 3 point reefing in good condition - with lazy jacks into a new sail bag, genoa 110% good condition on a Topliss furler, 80% genoa working condition, storm mizzen, storm trisail, spinnaker in sock. Whisker pole. Spinnaker pole.
New B&G chartplotter with AIS, Navionics charts Indian Ocean/South China Sea and Australia/Pacific/New Zealand, TMQ AP4 Autopilot, new GME VHF radio, handheld VHF, Wagner HF radio, JRC radar, Autohelm depth and speed log, Plastimo Olympic compass, Barometer, handheld sight compass.
